The ISBN would be 0 (American) 441 (ace) 20661 (book # from front). At this time they didn't have the confirmation number at the end. And ISBN's were very much hit and miss. ( )

This anthology made me feel about Space as I did when I was 10 years old again, full of wonder and ready to grab my spacesuit for the trip up to the nearest colony in the asteroid belt.

If that's not a mark of good science fiction I don't know what is.

Pournelle put together a happy mix of SF short stories, science articles, and Space poetry, that left me wanting more. The Science may have dated a little since 1979, but an interesting read nevertheless. ( )
