An invigorating and inspirational overview of the philosophical issues surrounding the meaning of life. Baggini covers issues in a logical manner starting with the question "Why are we here?" Other topics include living life, the good, happiness, dealing with self and the "threat of meaninglessness". What's it all about literally covers some heavy territory with lightness and wit. Along the way you learn and question and, hopefully, come away with some tools to use in approaching and achieving meaning in your life. Best of all there is an intelligent bibliography with further reading for each of the topics in the book and a useful index. This book includes some of the most valuable 200 pages that I have encountered in some time. ( )
