Iv'e liked other of O'Flanagan's novels better but this makes an enjoyable read if a little bland. ( )

Although a light enjoyable read at the time I fins that it has left no impression on me a week later. It was difficult to find any connection with the first protagonist (and I hesitate to use the word because of that lack of identification) and the plot resolved abruptly given the novel's length. ( )

I thought the storyline was good, and I felt like I really got to know the charecters. But I did feel as though the story went on a bit too long, and could have ended earlier. I also found the ending to be a bit predictable. Even still, I do think it was a good book and i'm glad that I read it - but it's not a book I would reread. ( )

Darcey receives an invitation to her ex-friend's wedding to Aidan - her ex-boyfriend!! The book is the story of what happened in the lives of the three protagonists in the past and what is happening to them in the present. Jet setting, high living, beautiful people but with many issues from the past that need to be cleared before moving on with the future. A chick lit but ok for a nice easy read ( )
