I bought this book for my 4 year old daughter, who is expecting her first sibling (it's looking like a sister) in a couple of months. The book aloud me to explain to her that there may come a day when she isn't excited about being a big sister, and that is okay. I'm not sure she believed me, but at least the subject was brought up.
