Still working my way through this.

Gordon's "secrets" are actually pretty banal: boning poussins to make them easier to serve, chilling a beef fillet so it slices neater, wrapping rabbit in pancetta to keep it moist. All of which is a shame, because underneath the alpha-male chefbook bullshit is a half decent cookbook bursting to get out. (
