Work detailsElvenblood by Andre Norton (Author)
None. Thinking about this book after reading her Alta series, this one falls short. It's the same type of storyline, but with a Pern type twist that didn't quite do it for me. I remember being kind of bored with this series when I compared it to M. Lackey's other work. Maybe the author collaboration just wasn't working for me? ( )Not very riveting but will entertain when there is nothing else around. Shana and the halfbreed wizards have escaped into the wilderness, and are fleeing the elven lords' wrath. Can the group establish a base without being torn apart by political factions? I was lucky enough that I began this series when the two first books were already out, and the third on it's way out. I loved this book. It's fast paced, and deals with the subject matter of slavery on a fantastical level. no reviews | add a review
