A couple rarer OOP books I'm interested in are Polymorph by Scott Westerfeld and The Dragon's Horn by Glynnis Kincaid (no touchstone for this one, but ... Oh! However, I've taken the book out from the library four times in the last three months and am thinking I should get a copy of my own. ... PsyCop: Body and Sou ... I've re-started reading the Harry Dresden books and just finished Death Masks last night. A few weeks ago I picked up Backup which really whet my appetite for continuing the series.
I'm also in the "might go to see" the new Star Trek movie camp. I've enjoyed all the incarnations so far, ... ... I read the Dresden novel before this one so I'm a little lost, but wanted to give the series another go after reading the Backup novelette which I really enjoyed. ... himself did, but overall it was an awesome read. I'm anxiously awaiting the next Dresden Files book. However, I do have backup and both short story collections that contain stories by Jim in my pool on bookswim, so I'm not completely out of new TDF goodness. ... me off.

Since I've only read the first three or four Dresden books, and that was over a year ago, I'm a little lost, but I do like the writing style. I picked it up on a whim off of the ... Has anyone here read the novella, Backup? A short story told from Thomas' POV. I read it recently and enjoyed it. Liked seeing the Dresden world from new eyes. My one complaint was that it was too short. All the scenes felt a little rushed an incomplete. Harry's a wizard. A genuine, honest-to-goodness wizard. He's Gandalf on crack and an IV of Red Bull...
