Oh! Can I add another one to my above request? Backup by Jim Butcher. It is a thin, hardcover urban fantasy that was way over priced upon publication. However, I've taken the book out from the library four times in the last three months and am thinking I should get a copy of my own.

... I had only read the first four books and it had been over a year since I read any at all. Then I impulsively picked up Backup at the library. It was lurrve at first read :-)

I'm about halfway through Backup, a very short novellette by Jim Butcher based in the Harry Dresden universe. Since I've only read the first three or four Dresden books, and that was over a year ago, I'm a little lost, but I do like the writing style. I picked it up on a whim off of the ...

Has anyone here read the novella, Backup? A short story told from Thomas' POV. I read it recently and enjoyed it. Liked seeing the Dresden world from new eyes. My one complaint was that it was too short. All the scenes felt a little rushed an incomplete.
