97. Chobits Volume 1 by CLAMP

I chose these because I like the other manga I've read by CLAMP. I found out that Chobits is a fairly large departure from the others I've read, a science fiction story about a guy who finds this gorgeous computer that looks like a girl ... ... while reading them since the stories go together. The only other Clamp manga I've read so far is the first volume of Chobits which I also enjoyed. My favorite manga so far is still Her Majesty's dog.
I would love suggestions on other short series! Other than the ones I've mentioned ... ... I think I will wind up reading at least one more volume before I make a final decision.
I also borrowed Volume 1 of Chobits from the library. I pretty much liked it. I found it very easy to read. Once you drag it up, right click, select properties and change the forbidden text with 'javascript: ', LT prevents javascript in the comments.

Nope it doesn't, but in the link replace 'forbidden' with 'javascript:' Looks like the 'bottom author' stats have been updated? Nice work, even if Hal Lindsey might not agree. :)
Clamp's numbers going up, and it does look like more Japanese manga authors on there perhaps?
A big debut for Ordnance Survey! My favorite series by CLAMP is Chobits - the manga, not the anime. As someone else noted, the anime was utter crap.
I also enjoyed Tsubasa Chronicle, but I've only read six of the books and never got around to reading more.
Magic Knights Rayearth was my first CLAMP read, so it too has a ... The Chobits anime was crap, the manga series was much better.
I like xxxHOLiC very much now, especially with the latest volume they released in the states. Until then I wavered on it, but now it's cemented. I also like Tsubasa Chronicle, but only because I'm a big fan of shared ... ... that got me into CLAMP works in the first place. Before it, I have only knew CLAMP through their anime such as Chobits (which I didn't like very much). What I like about xXxHolic is its bits of philosophy about the human nature, mixed up with interesting folklore and legends.
