A learning of lessons through the author's past life regression through hyponosis of one of his patients. Does help put things in perspective with the thought that we don't end, but rather return to learn new lessons AND that we have been around before. Got more of it this second time...maybe I am mentally more receptive. ( )

This book almost defies belief. Almost, because your mind can't really comprehend what it's reading. But the story may actually be true. I say may, because the woman profiled in the story has never come forward to verify its authenticity. But it led Dr.Weiss to focus on past life therapy for his entire career. That's a pretty strong validation of his belief in the topic.

It prompted me to do some additional research on scientific research on reincarnation. Suffice it to say, there is significant research supporting the idea. Once this research is reviewed and digested, the belief factor must go up. ( )

Fascinating on the topic of reincarnation. I found it intriguing and thought provoking. ( )

This includes a detailed description of how Weiss conducts a past-life regression session which could be used as a guide for making a tape-recorded aid to doing a regression on one's own.
