Your thread caused me to invest in a library card this morning and I came home with 3 books! 1 you reviewed, Mozart's Ghost, and two other from mt. tbr, The Alchemyst by Michael Scott and Postmortem by Patricia Cornwell.
Previously I simply went to the bookstore to ... Ok so off the top of my head, I have no idea what my 50 books will be this year. However, I have finished one series already, and have found at least 3 more I've already started on. Between the 3 it should add up to 50. So, I'm just going to add each book as I finish it.

I agree with your assessment of Mozart's Ghost. It will not be one of my top reads of 2009, but it was pleasant.
