This book is a part of Mr. Easwaran's 8-point system for living a better life. The mantra is an integral part. Wonderful read. ( )

By the same author of Meditation. This book contains much of the same material as the chapter devoted to it in Meditation, but it delves further into the use and function of the mantra.

I really enjoy Eknath Easwaran's style and way of presenting himself in his books.
