A book that made a huge impact on me. At firtst when it was read to me, later when I read it myself. Not once, not twice, but many times.
It made me ponder, how well off I was in this world, having two loving parents, a roof over my head and enough to eat every day. A good story to make one realize that it's not always like that. ( )

I read this book when I was a little kid and and read it again 4 years ago. It's a wonferful book and very sentimental. ( )

Heartbreaking, read when i was about 11 years old. The hard life with friendship and indifference, love and hate, joy and dead. The reunion in the end was a real comfort. ( )
