Este libro lo leí de a poquitos, a lo largo de casi un mes. Creo que fue la forma ideal de leerlo, sin prisa. Muy al estilo de "La ley de Herodes", Ibargüengoitia muestra su maestría en el manejo del texto breve. No todos los textos de este volumen son igual de interesantes, divertidos o reflexivos, pero todos tienen el estilo y la personalidad inconfundible del gran maestro Jorge. ( )

This collection of newspaper columns are not, by far, the best of Ibarguengoitia's work. Although often entertaining, they feel truncated and short-sighted; though they present a good picture of Mexico during the 70's. ( )
