Another librarian's dilemma here: there's another edition listed that's the same publisher for the same yr but a different ISBN. The same ISBN is for an edition from 14 yrs later. Neither edition had an image. SO, I created this edition since I've, as usual, scanned the cover & didn't feel like it shd be fit to either of the pre-existing editions just mentioned. This is probably the only Italian-originated SF I've ever read. That, in itself, makes it remarkable. Too bad I don't remember a word of it, eh?! What a review! NOT.
Terra! is my first SciFi book in years. It has all the standard content of the genre, and it looks at the future mostly to mirror our current condition by caricaturing it; however as a good Benni book is, this is more of a tale than a SciFi. Actually it is a collection of tales. The part I liked the most is the quick series of love letters to Mei, the best being the Caruso's one. How diverse love can be! no reviews | add a review
