It shows that the quick and easy way is not all ways the best way. ( ) Three Little Pigs: by Dara Goldman This traditional fantasy book is a wonderful adaptation of the original story. The three little pigs each build their houses – one out of straw, one out of twigs, and one out of brick – and they are all encountered by the big, bad wolf. The first two pigs were lazy when building their houses so they ran to their brother’s brick house and the wolf was unable to blow that house down. I like this story and find it very fun for children to read. Though the names may change from version to version, the plot remains the same. It is good to instill a sense of dedication in children. We must teach them that if something is worth doing to do it right the first time. This story teaches children to not be lazy. I would recommend this book for any elementary classroom! no reviews | add a review
