Not my preferred reading. If you like the 'Executioner' you'll probably like this book. Not Clancy's writing at all. ( )

A Scientist has discovered a way to alter the minds of a group of people anywhere in the world. Alex Michaels as het of Net Force is involved to in finding the scientist and stopping the sale of the technology to the Chinese. ( )
