I have always believed that we were born with 1 mouth and 2 ears for a reason. That reason is to listen to others twice as much as we talk. Or put another way, what some else has to say should be treated as twice as important as anything we have to say. This book teaches you methods that can develope your skills at listening effectively to other people.
