John Musgrave is a disabled Vietnam veteran who lives in Baldwin City, Kansas, with his two sons Daniel Jay and Rye Callahan and two dogs, Belle and Irene. This book is a collection of poems about his service in Vietnam. John served in Vietnam for 11 months and seventeen days before being permanently disabled by his third wound. He was medically retired as a corporal in 1969.
