I think this is a fine, short, sweet and comprehensive primer for anyone who aspires to or who falls in to a management job. Management is difficult, that is, if you want to be a "great manager." Most managers aren't so great b/c it takes so much energy, heart, intelligence and commitment. If anyone knows of a better management primer please let me know. ( )
