This was about as good of an ending that could have come to this series. With Cable dead, it was pretty obvious that the end would be coming, so the author went all-out with the remaining issues. There are various team-ups, and best of all, Bob (Agent of Hydra) becomes a regular fixture. He's no Cable, but he's definitely interesting, and he interacts well with Deadpool. Nicieza also attempts to "explain away" the one that Joe Kelly introduced for Deadpool that I didn't agree with (Deadpool's "true identity"), and for that I'll always be a fan of Nicieza's. ( )
