Finished off the Empire trilogy by reading Mistress of the Empire by Raymond E Feist and Janny Wurts. I wonder why it's taken me so long to actually read these? I loved Magician (the forerunner to this series) and still count it as one of my favourite books and have read pretty much ... Having read all of the Valdemar books, I also think that these are the best of her works.

When does the ... The only ones I've read are the ones she wrote with Feist, the Daughter of the Empire, Mistress of the Empire, and Servant of the Empire. All good books by the way. ... me laugh out loud. And I've been plowing through Raymond Fiest's books on both sides of the rift, the last one being Mistress of the Empire. Servant of the Empire, Mistress of the Empire....there were a whole series of them and I was compelled to buy the lot.
