I liked the book, despite those criticisms. I paid $13.95 for it @ Borders and I believe it was $ well spent.
While these concepts won't be new to anyone who has ever done Divination, the way that she talks about structuring your sign requests is helpful. I found that it would be helpful not only in asking for signs, but for using a pendulum and even narrowing down the field for a tarot or other type of reading.
I did feel beat about the head by the "you have to believe in it" stuff, especially the exercises.
But again, the book was helpful and I'd recommend it to others who are interested (I'm going to let some friends borrow it) with the warnings I mentioned above as to the repetetiveness. (
