Excellent reference. A bit outdated. A must for the writer's reference shelf. ( )

First Copyright 1965
Printed 1995 ISBN: 0684826321 came up at first:
Carful -- and Correct (A little title to avoid the word Introduction, which so many reders find frightening) 8 1/2 pages of introduction. Not going to happen! Fourth paragraph. This book is designed as a guide to good written English usage. Only a generation or so ago such a design was a relatively uncomplicated matter.
Humm there is a good deal more of good reasons and what he will do here. Take it out and enjoy the learning. And he might have for surely revised the 1977 version in 1995!
