    Programming Scala: Scalability = Functional Programming + Objects by Dean Wampler (billmcn)
    billmcn: I think Odersky's book is better—easier to follow as a tutorial with a deeper discussion of the theoretical issues—but Wampler's book, which is part of the O'Reilly series, is solid too.
