Mostly well-written recent history of the Cleveland Cavaliers. Focuses on Lebron James, Danny Ferry, Mike Brown, and Dan Gilbert, but also provides significant back-story to how the team got to where it was before Lebron. Besides Lebron, the most interesting "character" is Gilbert, who doesn't just run businesses, but creates cultures, as demonstrated through his "ISMs", etc. He also claims to have delivered 78 pizzas in one night, which is interesting. Unfortunately my first printing suffers from some typos and editing errors.
