This book is about how to survive in the most dangerous places on earth. I completely enjoyed reading this book because I have been a fan of Bear Grylls since middle school. This book was great because it was educational and had many practical and real-life applications. Each page and chapter was filled with graphic organizers and pictures that explained very clearly and informatively how to survive in a certain scenario. For example, in page 27, Grylls was able to explain how to start a fire in various ways in an organized and concise manner. Under each subheading, he would specify how much wood is needed and what actions to take in order to create a fire. Overall, I think that this is a very practical book to read and can be used in a science lesson. ( )
