Written for entertainment rather than information, more anecdotal than scientific. Along the lines of Ripley's Believe it or not! with some science thrown in. No bibliographic references or footnotes and no index. Not written by a PhD but a woman whose previous works seem focused on holistic therapeutic approach. One entry seemed to indicate she feels cryogenics is a viable science. Short entries make the volume suitable for quick browsing. Lightly entertaining but no substitute for serious medical advice.
