Eric Carle uses his painted collage artwork again and it makes the book worth looking at just because of his amazing illustrations. I believe that folktales are sometimes harder for children to grasp because the concepts, themes, and morals are not as blunt; however, with Carle's wonderful artwork, the book is not only worthwhile for children to read but also can help for a better and more engaging learning experience.
