Can see the drop in art style quality from Fairy tail, but its still got the classic weird creatures and gags. I see how it goes. ( )

Interesting fantasy manga from the creator of Fairy Tail. The characters are interesting and the action is really dynamic, which are points in its favor. Additionally, unlike Fairy Tail, Rave Master, at least in this volume, doesn't have Fairy Tail's problem with, well, the bust size of the female characters being rather absurdly large. ( )

All of the Rave Stones were separated, and Haru and his friends have to go on a journey to collect all the rare stones and reunite them as one. I liked this book, it had lots of fighting and lots of adventure. I would recommend it to
anyone that likes a fast moving story. Dylan

"I think I read that Rave Master was the guy's first work, and to be honest, it shows. It's like he thought he'd never get another chance to do manga, so he's throwing every single thing he's ever thought of into it, regardless of whether it fits the world or story or not.

Missing parents? Check. Big sword? Check. Strange pets? Check. Obnoxious villains? Check. Weird sunflower thing on house? Check. Destroyed village? Check. Perky female sidekick? Check." ( )
