The Doctor and Donna were in character, they blundered about as usual, and things eventually got back the way they were supposed to be. Overall a fun book, but then I'm rather fond of Donna. My only complaint is that the whole thing ended rather quickly. Whoops, it's over, poof. That's all, goodbye, not really much wrapping-up or whatnot. Another guilty pleasure, I love reading these books. They're pulpy, quick reads but I just love the Doctor. This one is about the Doctor taking Donna to the Andromeda galaxy, a long way from home, where even the Doctor doesn't know much about what's normal. They stumble upon an art heist that turns out to have nasty plans robots everywhere. no reviews | add a review

An abbreviated audio adaptation of Parkin's Ten/Donna novel, read convincingly by Debbie Chazen. A complex but fun romp of robots, art theft and space stations, and even though I usually hate cute anthropomorphic robots (and one of these is really annoyingly cute) I was prepared to cut a little slack, and enjoyed it.
