I agree that manners are of utmost importance and aren't stressed enough in today's society. One example in particular stood out to me. "If your hot and thirsty and want some ice cream, Is the right way to get one to stamp around and scream?" Obviously this happens far to often in real life and the author conveys to the reader that this sort of behavior is unacceptable. Through the use of fun rhymes and repitition, Harker does a solid job of conveying her message...Children need to use their manners! Please!...and Thank You!
