Review of Surely You're Joking, Mr. Feynman: Adventures of a Curious Character This book was a collection of anecdotes by Richard Feynman. By turns extremely funny and accessible, then technical and confusing, it was still a fun read. It was just a little uneven. I loved the stories ...

This is more of a history of a scientist, but it's a great read: Surely You're Joking, Mr, Feynman! - an autobiography of a pretty fascinating science giant.

Surely You're Joking, Mr. Feynman is an utter delight. Read and enjoy! What Do You Care What Other People Think?, a sort-of sequel, is not as good but still worth a read.

Just finished (and thoroughly enjoyed) Surely You're Joking, Mr. Feynman. At many points, I was laughing out loud, even though I was all by myself. That's always a good thing in Life. Also, his unfettered way of looking at Life and cutting through all the bullshit was very ...

One of my favorite autobiographies is "Surely you're Joking, mr. Feynman!" adventures of a curious character it is very readable, and very very funny, and i second whoever said Boy by Roald Dahl, it's an interesting (and entertaining) look at english boarding schools, among other things

I recommend Surely You're Joking, Mr. Feynman. Here was an intelligent individual who was impossible to fool, wasn't afraid to call a spade a spade and never compromised with the truth. A rarity in this culture. For me, it is all summed up in his statement "Nature cannot be fooled".
