This book was originally published in 1999 and revised in 2003. Most chapters seem to be from the original edition and have not been updated, so the book as a whole is fairly out-dated. Later chapters appear to have been appended in 2003 are are more current. The "new media" in the title refers as much to booklets and faxes as it does to internet web sites and email. Still, a fairly interesting introduction to the subject. ( )
