16 year old boy has an unmanageable temper problem; something sets him off and he goes into destruct mode, then can’t remember anything about it. He is sent to a remote part of Tasmania, instead of a youth remand centre, to stay with his Grandfather who he has never met. Here he discovers that he has lots on common with his grandfather.

A really good book, but ending was difficult to understand. Would appeal to boys. ( )

But denied access to much he desires, and feeling provoked by a local cop cynical of city folk, the boy's frustration grows. And when he encounters situations he can't control anything could happen ..."--Provided by publisher.… (more)
