This book is great informational text for young readers. The words are easy to understand and the pictures are real photographs. It provides great information on tornados and safety. ( )

This is an interesting science book that explains how tornadoes look, what they are, where they often take places, and how they are formed. It covers tornadoes on land and water funnels/funnel clouds. It is a good book to help students understand how to look for tornadoes and how to be safe if one ever happens in their area. This would be a great addition to any classroom. ( )

This book is a great book about how tornadoes form, what they are actually made of, what is going on, and how to deal with them. It starts by telling hat a tornado is and the science behind a tornado. Then towards the end it informs kids of how to deal with a tornado wherever they are at.

I really thought that this book was a great book to have in an OKlahoma teachers' classroom, because i grew up in tornado alley i did have to know how to react to differnet situations. I connected to this book, because I have experience with this same stuff. ( )
