Loading... Ghouls Just Haunt to Have Funby Victoria Laurie
None. I tried. I really did. Then my eyes glazed over and I fell asleep. ( )This book isn't as good as the other books in the series but it is still a good book. The gang travels to California to do a special about haunted posessions. When someone sneaks a dagger onto the table, MJ and Heath, the only two real psychics on the show, wind up fighting a demon attached to it. When the dagger disappears, they must search he hotel in order to find it. In the process, they discover several grounded ghosts that need assistance in crossing over. Gil, M.J. and Steve find themselves in a Haunted Hotel with too many ghosts and not enough busters. Giley hooks M.J. on the show called Haunted Possessions much to her dismay. And she meets Heath who seems to be the only other genuine article. The two of them end up ghost busting the hotel and earning money for their troubles. Between possessed mirrors, and a mysterious knife that has a killer mind of it's own. It's up to M.J. and Heath to tackle the situation. What a great book full of humor, scariness and things that definitely go bump in the night. I couldn't put this book down, I was addicted to seeing the story through and I was thoroughly impressed with the story. I would recommend this to anyone who loves books about ghosts. Another fast, interesting read in the Ghost Hunter series. MJ and her pals find themselves in a heap of trouble while filming a cable tv show on haunted possessions.big surprise there! Love the character of Heath and imagine he will be a mainstay in the next few books at least. MJ's boyfriend, Steven, seems to be on the way out though, which is too bad as their relationship was proving to be interesting. I picked this book up from the library yesterday afternoon, and finished it off last night. It was so good! It was a perfect spooky and rainy night for reading this ghoulish tale and it was deliciously creepy! This series of books is about a medium named M.J. and her entourage (her best gay friend Gilley and sexy boyfriend Steven) as they ghost bust around the country. This is the third book in the series and I am still just as hooded as I was the first time around! I love the friendship between the dramatic Gilley and M.J.! He adds a little comic relief to the serious jobs that they are performing. Also, M.J.'s love interest, Steven, adds a little heat to the situation! The action and adventure kept me guessing, while the entrance of a possessed artifact had me seriously creeped out! It is just the right amount of murder, mystery and paranormal all rolled up into one. I think the only part of the book that had me disappointed was the lack of interaction between M.J. and boyfriend Steven. M.J. was just so busy with other stuff, and then towards the end of the book, Steven was not even in the picture. There was a new character, Heath, that was introduced though, and I hope to see more of him. It makes me wonder if maybe M.J.'s eyes will begin to roam in his direction in the future? We shall see! If you haven't had the pleasure of reading a book this author, then you are seriously missing out! I definitely recommend this book as well as the others in this series! 5 STARS of pure pleasure. no reviews | add a review
