Based on analysis of home pages from 50 different sites, this book presents guidelines for creating home pages. The authors first present the guidelines, and then the detailed analysis of each home page analyzed. In doing so they illustrate many principles of page layout, particularly balancing content, navigation, and other elements. ( )
