The rating should be understood as for someone who is interested in traditional yoga. I enjoyed my first read of it, but this is something I will have to read multiple times to grasp its true meaning and knowledge. ( )

Each tree has many separate parts, all of which are vital to the health and wholeness of the tree. Like the tree, our lives contain many elements, all of which need our care. The Tree of Yoga indentifies these important areas of according to ancient Yoga wisdom - and shows how we can be happy and fulfilled once we understand and pay attention to each special part of our lives.
