A wonderful, practical, amazingly applicable little book that illustrates how to use questions to encourage and facilitate exploration in a coaching situation. The situations illustrated in this book are equally applicable to HR personnel, managers, or anyone who finds themselves in a situation where the goal is to maintain the dialogue. It's short and accessible and should be on every manager's shelf. ( )
