None. I couldn't keep going with this series. I wanted something light and easy to read at the end of the semester, but the insidious digs at fat people and the lack of any kind of moral growth in the character finally caught up with me. It feels like Stephanie Plum done bad. ( )I'm still not sure about Maddie and Jack being married. It's a little late for that now, but oh well. I did love the idea of the bet and the image of Jack designing shoes. So glad she didn't have to wear them, though. Another great installment in the series. The characters are at the peak of entertainment, from Maddie’s side of the family, Ramirez’s side of the family, and all the others in between. Maddie’s daddy is so excited to attend the wedding and he is planning on wearing his very best. And you won’t believe what the groom’s side has planned for the event as well as far as dress. Luckily Maddie is so involved with the murder, she doesn’t seem to mind. Or does she? Maddie is able to get Felix, the reporter, to help her investigate the case again. Of course, she’s trying to do this without the knowledge of her fiance (Ramirez) who is the lead detective on the case. Wait until you find out the deal she makes with him concerning her involvement in investigating the case. Another fun read!! no reviews | add a review Is contained in
