Marvel Zombies 2 wasn't as good as the first installment, but then again, sequels rarely are. It's still an interesting story though. The zombies have eaten their way through the entire galaxy in forty years, and they want to return to earth to find the portal Reed Richards had made. They want to travel to other realities in the search for more food. Meanwhile, back on earth, a struggling human population (along with a couple of zombie heads) have their own problems.

This is probably best enjoyed if you are familiar with the first trade. A working knowledge of the Marvel universe is also helpful, but not as necessary as it was when reading the first trade. ( )
