It is always a pleasure to run across some Dahl that I have never read before, and getting harder to do since he's no longer with us. Overall this book has a good variety of stories. I particularly enjoyed the one about the wine, and one with a guy who cuts people's fingers off. That sounds rather gruesome, but what do you expect from Dahl, anyway? Sorry I don't have the titles of those stories, I'll try to remember to edit this to put them in. I will definitely re-read many of these stories over the years. ( )
