Loading... The Feeling Good Handbookby David D. Burns
This definitely has my vote as the book most often taken off my bookshelf. I read the chapter on procrastination regularly and the others at least several times a year. ( )Mann RC489.C63 B87x 1989 I read parts of this book many years ago, and did some of the journalling exercises. I found some of it useful, but never really "connected" with the author, so I set it down and never managed to pick it back up again. |
