A fine vintage piece in excellent condition - except for a badly stained cover. There is a wonderful multi-page "frontispiece" before the title page. It is entitled "A Formal Hotel Dinner as illustrated by Oscar of the Waldorf" - a summary of each of 10 courses, with an illustration of the table setting for each. People really ate like this?
