141. Fables: 1001 Nights of Snowfall by Bill Willingham et al - library
142. Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them by Newt Scamander (aka J.K. Rowling) - keeper
143. Swordspoint by Ellen Kushner - library, unfortunately; personal copy ... I got You Only Live Twice by Ian Fleming and also, Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them. I have the two books Rowling wrote for charity: Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and Quidditch For The Ages. Beasts was more readable. I'll have to read them again to see if she considers them canon.

Here's what Newt Scamander has to say about murtlaps in Fantastic beasts and where to find them

Do you have fantastic beasts and where to find them and Quiddich through the ages? I do. I wish JK would also do Hogwarts, a history too!
What do you suppose would be the coolest thing about being a witch/wizard? ... about the founders.
It'd be nice if Ms. Rowling also wrote a few more textbooks, like Quidditch through the Ages and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. My vote goes to Bathilda Bagshot's History of Magic or Miranda Goshawk's Standard Book of Spells. The latter would ... ... McCullough
