Just didn't do it for me. I think partly it's my old eyes just can no longer see the detail in Hague's art. There is an interesting note to parents. ( )

Un libro que leer a los mas peques de la casa, y un gran regalo de alguien muy especial. ( )

Beautifully illustrated, this collection of Mother Goose has many well known rhymes.Classics like Old King Cole and Bonny Bobby Shafte can be found, as well as a few I hadn't heard before, like Boys and Girls Come Out To Play. I would love to use these as simple rhymes to teach my Drama students how to memorize and show expression during read-aloud. There is also a nicely written history of Mother Goose Rhymes.
