Now, I have been meaning to review The Attack since I finished it yesterday. This is the story of Amin, a naturalised Israeli citizen and successful surgeon who is confronted with the twofold horror of the ... ... reaction as you. Some of the book I was just going Huh? Overall though, I think it is worth the read.
How did you like The Attack? It looks like something I would probably read. 63. The Attack by Yasmina Khadra I finished The Attack and have moved on to Eldest. It's a thick book, but I'm hoping it goes by quickly. I liked Eragon but wasn't ready to jump into another one after I read it. I hope it doesn't disappoint.
#46 (sunnycat) -- The Catcher in the Rye didn't blow me away either. I ... I'm still reading The Attack but hope to finish it over the three day weekend so I can start something new. I wanted to get a book from the library today, but was too busy helping my students pick out their own books. It was fun to see them leaving with piles of books to read. Sharing the joy ... I'm still working on The Attack by Yasmina Khadra. I just read through the third chapter, but it's a short book so I'll probably finish it soon.
Not sure what's next. Friday I'm taking all of my students down to the library at school to pick out books of choice...so I'll probably pick up ... I finished The Bell Jar and will start The Attack by Yasmina Khadra tonight. Just finished The Attack and Something Nasty in the Woodshed.
Now reading The Taking.
