This book opens the readers eyes to surgery by providing a true story of a young boy, who undergoes a frightening surgery. I liked how this book provided the reader with terminology and a real-life experience of a child. I think that the style of the book makes it easy to relate to, and also it allows it to serve as a tool for teaching, with the inclusion of a glossary and information section. ( )
