I bought it because I have an interest in Tuscany. The patterns are for the most part ridiculous: a dress and scarf made out of doilies, an urn cozy, a cape full of bumps to name a few. A pretty rendition of a della robia plate, some pillow covers, Will complete this when I finish reading the text. ( )

This text is filled with the warmth of the sun-splashed Tuscan countryside, inspired by Nicky Epstein's knitting tour of the region. Knitters can work their way through 12 Tuscan-style projects, each presented with step-by-step instructions.
