Though it is over 40 years since this book was written, it is one of the best books on marriage and relationships. The principles and teachings in this book will improve your interactions and relationships with, not only your spouse, but others if put into practice. It is also a quick and easy read so those who are "too busy" have no excuse for not investing a little time to gain a lot of wisdom. ( )

How can we keep our love alive forever?

Karen Shedd, away at college, had recently become engaged. Looking forward to a long and happy union, she wrote to her father for advice.

Dr. Charlie Shedd, a popular minister and father of five, began to write Karen a series of letters--straight talk about love in marriage, the things that build it up and the that tear it down! Those letters were eventually published in a collection that soon became one of the most widely quoted and best-selling books or our time.
